Pretty Ruby Ring but....

Today, I received my ruby diamond ring. It was a nice size not too big not too small. However as I was cutting the tags off this ring to wear, two (2) of the main rubies fell out. I had not tried it on yet. I was so disappointed. I thought Macy has quality jewelry but apparently not. Why isn't the stones checked BEFORE sending them out to the customer. Well, I won't be wearing this ring anytime soon. I will think twice about purchasing Macy's jewelry again. So disappointed.

Beautiful Ring- Middle stone out day first

The look of the ring is beautiful but the quality is very unsatisfactory. My wife love the ring but on the second day she notice the middle stone is missing. Now no use of the ring.

I purchased the Tanzanite and have been thinking about getting the Emerald and Ruby too. That is how pretty this ring is! It does run true to size. Very happy with my purchase!
