Earring Sets not delivered

I sent a complaint earlier today because I still have not had a response or the earrings noted above. Please send the items or refund my money. This is the worst transaction I have ever had with Macy's. I have been a customer for over 20 years. Fix this - please. If not, I will have to complain to Macy's and any other person, place or thing to settle the matter. A response would be appreciated. I cannot add a photo of the item since I did not actually receive. See the photos above.

Lovely but…

While these earrings are beautiful and delicate the sapphire pair has one of the stones set backwards on the chain.
